WordPress is the way to go! Depending on your goals for your blog, of course. I have always used wordpress and really enjoy it.

I’ve always preferred wordpress although I have used blogger in the past. It’s a good platform but I find wordpress is better if you’re paying for it.

This is a nice side-by-side comparison. I have always worked with WordPress and it is interesting to see how it stacks up.

I have started my blog on the Blogger platform. I tried setting up a new blog using WordPress but I found it too overwhelming. I should try again sometime when I go full time with my blog.

WordPress is really the best platform if you’re serious in terms of blogging. I don’t recommend Blogger dot com because of it’s very limited features! WordPress dot org is the best!

I remember using blogger but I didn’t like it that much. I definitely prefer WordPress.

Great post, I have seen successful bloggers that have a blog on Blogger, but most of them have it on WordPress

    mubinansari · July 19, 2020 at 5:24 am

Yes, you can be successful with either, at the end content matters.

I’m a coder. I taught myself then my friend who is now an app developer. Hands down, WordPress. Did you know they power Facebook and at least 3% of the internet? I’m not a huge fan of their free platform but in love with the fliexibity I get with the paid version which came with my domain. I can code and develop to my liking. Just brilliant.

    mubinansari · July 19, 2020 at 5:23 am

    Great !! Coding is fun

I started on blogger like most and there are definitely aspects to it I miss. Moving was a hassle but that’s because the developer I hired didn’t do a great job at migration so that is something to be careful of when switching from blogger to WP. I think overall however, if you are serious about blogging and running an online business, WP is the way to go. Great thoughts and considerations here.

    mubinansari · July 19, 2020 at 5:22 am

Yes , I agree with you ,hope this post will help beginners to decide the right platform

Darlington Ezeh · July 19, 2020 at 4:43 am

Nice though blogger is what I use but plans to migrate

Marta Skeledžija · July 19, 2020 at 7:24 am

Marya · July 19, 2020 at 3:39 pm

Couldn’t agree more with all WordPress benefits. Using wp hosting since 2017 for my blog, and it’s very great for my business.

shruti · July 20, 2020 at 2:43 pm

Rosey · July 21, 2020 at 5:03 am
